The Marotz Team have created a Preferred Buyer's Gateway for buyers that are serious about finding a home. There is no obligation for this service and no fee. We have created this service as a resource for Buyers to find a home that fits their needs/wants. We want to give buyers the opportunity to get to know us and what we offer to our buying clients.

HOW THE PREFERRED BUYER'S GATEWAY WORKS:

1. Instantaneous Listing Notification–We will set you up on a private client gateway with the criteria you have given to us. We will then email the homes that fit your criteria as soon as they come on the market.

2. Private Gateway - When buyers search for homes on-line they see hundreds of homes. It becomes hard to separate the ones you have seen and the ones you have not. This gateway allows you to sort out the homes you love and the homes you don’t.

3. One-On-One Personal Attention –We are here for you as a resource. If during the home search you have questions on property taxes, schools, or neighborhoods… we will take the time to answer your questions and provide you with plenty of material so the process of buying a home is enjoyable and not filled with uncertainty and stress.

4. City Tour- We offer a tour to all our out of town buyers. Once you have decided to visit the city we take you to several different communities with homes that you have chosen to look at. We show you these homes and the communities. The purpose of this tour is to share a little history as well as give you an idea of what you get for the price in what communities. We show you local parks, venues, shopping, schools and much more. Besides, there is nothing comparable to the “feel” of a community unless you drive through it, stop at the shops, and talk to some of the locals.

5. Flexible Home Showing Scheduling – We will open our schedule to show you the homes that you are interested in viewing, we are not an 8-5 business.

6. Preferred Vendors List– During the process of buying a home you may need outside services. We have a list of local companies that deliver superior professionalism in each of their fields. You are not required to use these providers; they are just a resource for you.
